About Capilano College

Capilano College is a small, independent publication about studying, learning and career guidance. We write about methods a reader can use the same day they read about them.

We write about ten recurring themes — study skills, career paths, online learning, note taking, exams, writing, time management, languages, digital skills, portfolio — and we try to stick to things a reader can actually use the same day they read about them.

What we don't do

• We don't sell products, and nothing on this site is sponsored.
• We don't run affiliate links or product placements.
• We don't collect more information than we need. The only data we hold is the email address of people who choose to subscribe, used only to send new-article notifications.

We are not an accredited institution and do not award qualifications; this site publishes guidance articles only.
